Who We're Looking For

Orich is always interested in connecting with qualified, experienced people. Submissions are kept on file and reviewed as positions become available. Only candidates selected for interviews will be contacted.

Class 1 & Class 3 Drivers

Experienced truck drivers for oilfield hauling, frac-sand transport, heavy equipment moves, and material hauling across Alberta. Active Class 1 or Class 3 licence required. Oilfield experience and familiarity with Alberta lease roads and worksites are a strong asset. Air brake endorsement required.

Hydrovac Operators

Experienced hydrovac operators for utility daylighting, potholing, slot trenching, precision excavation, and winter services across Alberta. Experience operating hydrovac equipment on active construction, municipal, or industrial sites required. Ground disturbance training and relevant safety tickets are assets.

Equipment Operators

Operators for excavators, backhoes, skid steers, and related equipment supporting oilfield, construction, and industrial project scopes. Experience on active worksites and familiarity with site protocols are required.

General Labourers

Labour support for construction, utility, oilfield, and industrial project scopes. Experience in one or more of these environments is required. This is active field work on real worksites.

Mechanics & Shop Support

Qualified mechanics and shop support personnel for fleet maintenance and equipment servicing as needs arise. Diesel mechanics, Class 1 ticket holders with mechanical aptitude, and heavy equipment technicians are all of interest.
